Speaking to MEPs in the European Parliament's Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee on Monday 28 January, Mario Draghi, President of the European Central Bank (ECB), called for a deepening of Economic and Monetary Union (EMU) and spoke out in favour of the reforms currently under consideration.
