The second meeting of inter-institutional negotiations ('trilogues') between representatives of the European Parliament and the Romanian Presidency of the EU Council on combined transport, held on Thursday 24 January in Brussels, did not result in extremely significant progress in terms of agreement, but allowed the negotiators to clearly identify the points to be settled.
