Conditional green light for Knaufto acquire Armstrong's ceilings business outside Americas

10/12/2018 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has conditionally approved, on Friday 7 December, Knauf's acquisition of Armstrong World Industries' ceilings business outside the Americas. The two companies, which are two of the main suppliers of modular suspended ceilings in Europe, notified the Commission of this operation in June 2018, before it was withdrawn and notified again in October.
