Council makes few changes to reform project for the '.eu' domain name

24/10/2018 (Agence Europe) – As announced (see EUROPE 12122), the Council's position on the reform of the '.eu' top level domain name, adopted by the Member States' representatives to the EU (COREPER) on Wednesday 24 October 2018, is fairly close to the draft presented by the Commission on 27 April. For both institutions, access to the domain name must be extended to EU citizens not residing in the EU, non-citizens residing there and "established” legal persons - no longer...
