European Parliament approves renewal of Wilhelm Molterer and Iliyana Tsanova at head of EFSI investment committee

23/10/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 23 October, the European Parliament approved the renewal of Austria's Wilhelm Molterer and Bulgaria's Iliyana Tsanova in the posts of Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director respectively of the investment committee of the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI), the financial arm of the 'Juncker' plan (see EUROPE 11411). Having been in position since October 2015, their mandates have been renewed for a further period of three years. (MB)
