The legislative proposal dealing with unfair practices in relations between platforms and business should go much further in terms of fairness, says MEP Christel Schaldemose (S&D, Denmark) in his draft report published on 14 September.
It does not, however, modify the article on the parity clause aimed at in Article 8, which allows intermediation platforms to demand that their user companies do not propose any more profitable offers, despite the demands of the hotel sector.
