22/06/2018 (Agence Europe) – The European Commissioner for the Internal Market and Industry, Elżbieta Bieńkowska and the Commissioner for Education and Culture, Tibor Navracsics, were in Baveno, Italy, on Wednesday 20 June and Thursday 21 June to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the manifesto behind the creation of the Copernicus terrestrial observation programme.
