On Wednesday 13 June, the European Parliament is to question the European Commission and EU Council on the vision they have of the group of 79 ACP (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) states as a strong and united entity after 2020 in the negotiations that were supposed to start in August on the modernised partnership that will take over from the Cotonou Agreement when its expires in February 2020.
