During the first citizens’ panel on the future of the EU, held on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 May at the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Brussels, around 100 citizens held an exchange of views to determine 12 questions to be raised within the framework of a far-reaching public consultation launched by the European Commission, on Wednesday 9 May, Europe Day.
