General Court upholds freezing of Azarov's assets for period 2016-2017

In a judgment returned on Thursday 26 April (T-190/16), the General Court of the EU upheld the decision of the Council of the EU of March 2016 to renew, over the period 2016-2017, the freezing of the assets of Mr Mykola Yanovych Azarov, the former Ukrainian prime minister.
