EU offers aid to Toronto after city suffers deadly car ramming attack

24/04/2018 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 24 April, the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, announced that the EU stands with the city of Toronto after an attack was committed on Monday when a vehicle rammed into a number of people killing 10 of them and leaving a further 10 injured.
