Five of nine countries named over poor air quality refuse to publish anti-pollution plans, EEB complains

Not content with infringing European air quality standards over a number of years, five of the nine member states threatened with legal action are refusing to make public the measures they intend to take to address the situation, measures that they have submitted in writing to the European Commission, the European Environmental Bureau (EEB) complained on Wednesday 28 March.
