Court holds that transversal and temporary nature of wage cuts respect judges' autonomy

According to the European Court of Justice (ECJ) on Tuesday 27 February (C-64/16), the salary reductions applied to the judges of the Tribunal de Contas (Court of Auditors in Portugal) do not infringe the principle of judicial independence.
