Member States do not seem to want to revolutionise CAP

Agricultural experts of the EU member states are continuing their discussions on the future of CAP after 2020 in order to reach common guidelines by the end of March this year (see EUROPE 11949).  On the whole, as the Commission proposes moreover, they do not want in-depth review of the current provision but rather adoption, notably with a view to simplifying the rules.
