EU brings in definitive anti-dumping duties on certain Chinese corrosion-resistant steels

On Wednesday 7 February, the European Commission adopted a regulation instituting definitive anti-dumping duty and making permanent the provisional duty brought in on imports of certain corrosion-resistant steels from China.

The Commission's investigation, which was opened on 9 December 2016 following a complaint tabled on 25 October 2016 by the European steelmakers' association, Eurofer, on behalf of producers representing more than 53% of total EU production of certain corrosion-resistant...
