The European Parliament’s committee on legal affairs alone will give its stance on the draft directive on on-line and off-line sales contracts. Such was the outcome reached when the opinion by Heidi Hautala (Greens/EFA, Finland) was rejected at the legal affairs committee (JURI) on Wednesday 24 January.
