Four states referred to court over incomplete transposition of rules

08/12/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 7 December, the European Commission announced that Austria, Spain, Luxembourg and Slovenia will have to appear before the European Court of Justice over their failure to notify complete transposition of EU rules on public procurement and concessions (Directives 2014/23/EU, 2014/24/EU, 2014/25/EU) into national law.  The Commission sent a letter of formal notice to 21 member states in May 2016, then sent reasoned opinions to 15 of these member...
