Regulations instituting two European agencies to be relocated to Amsterdam and Paris amended

29/11/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 29 November, the European Commission presented two legislative proposals to modify the regulations instituting the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the European Banking Authority (EBA). The aim is to enshrine in European legislation the transfer of the seats of the two agencies currently located in London to Amsterdam, in the case of the EMA, and Paris for the EBA, in line with the agreement reached by the Twenty-Seven at the end of November...
