Estonian Presidency of the EU Council sees three alternative options to tax on turnover of Internet giants

At the level of the EU alone, the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the EU can see an alternative to the turnover tax on digital companies called for by France and nine other EU countries (see EUROPE 11873).

This idea has divided the member states and will be the subject of a discussion at the highest level at a European Council on Friday 20 October (see other articles).
