Jean-Claude Juncker confident that France will come out of excessive deficit proceedings in 2018

The President of the European Commission stresses that he is aware of the structural effort made by the French authorities and expressed optimism for its continuation, at a press conference following a meeting with the French Prime Minister, Édouard Philippe, in Brussels on Monday 16 October.
