Meeting of EU28 minds on need for new trade deal architecture

The Estonian Presidency of the Council of the EU spoke of a meeting of minds among EU28 trade ministers at an informal lunch on Friday 13 October on the recent European Commission proposal to introduce a new architecture for trade agreements to enable speedier ratification without the risk of them being vetoed by national parliaments.
