Mogherini hopes for qualitative leap in normalisation of relations by end of 2018

High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini says she hopes the normalisation of relations between Serbia and Kosovo will make a "qualitative leap" by the end of 2018.

"I see a possibility for this qualitative leap to happen from now to let's say the end of 2018", she said at a press conference in Brussels with Serbia's Prime Minister Ana Brnabic.
