Sefcovic wants to present roadmap for EU strategy for electric batteries in early 2018

After a high-level meeting with ministers and industry on electric batteries in Brussels on Wednesday 11 October, European Commission vice-president Maros Sefcovic said the EU will give itself a strategy for developing the manufacturing of electric batteries and to this end, the European Commission wants to unveil a road map in February 2018 for a European battery alliance.
