Future of European Stability Mechanism and taxation of employment on ministers' agenda

At the Eurogroup meeting in Luxembourg on Monday 9 October, the major financial decision-makers of the Eurozone will discuss changes to the European Stability Mechanism (ESM), although no political agreement is anticipated.
