On Tuesday evening 3 October during a debate at the European Parliament, MEPs all agreed to single out the commercial and social policy of the Ryanair company.
This debate has been requested by Karima Delli (Greens/EFA, France), the chairperson of the European Parliament’s transport committee, following the announcements made by the Irish company to cancel several thousand flights this autumn and winter (see EUROPE 11864), due to staff shortages.
