During a two-hour phone conversation on Monday 24 July the Russian and Ukrainian presidents, Vladmir Putin and Petro Poroshenko, French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel decided to accelerate work on the respect of the Minsk agreements.
