Right to family reunification for refugees must be respected, says Muiznieks

Council of Europe (CoE) Human Rights Commissioner Niels Muiznieks is concerned that refugees are seeing their right to family reunification being limited in Europe.

In an issue paper published on Monday 19 June, Muiznieks sets out 36 recommendations to help member states adopt laws and policies to redress the situation.
