EU ordered to pay Guardian Europe more than €650,000 in damages

On 7 June, the General Court of the EU (EGC) ordered the European Union to pay damages of €654,523.43 to the British group Guardian Europe due to the excessive time taken by proceedings to investigate a suspected cartel (case T-673/15).
