The Ecofin Council, to be attended for the first time by the new French Minister for the Economy, Bruno Le Maire, will have a busy tax agenda, in Brussels on Tuesday 23 May.
In particular, they will seek to reach a political agreement on the draft directive aiming to bring in a tax dispute resolution mechanism to rule on dual taxation disputes affecting companies from different member states.
