19/04/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 19 April, the European Commission launched a consultation as part of the follow up assessment to the EU Solidarity Fund (EUSF). The assessment focuses on the 2002-16 period and seeks to calculate the level of synergies between the EUSF and other European and international instruments. Its goal is to: improve fund implementation and performance. Its objective is also to measure the effects of the reforms introduced in 2014. The consultation is open for four weeks.
