19/04/2017 (Agence Europe) – Almost 250 SMEs are registered with the ‘MobiliseSME’ platform. This exchange programme is similar to the Erasmus programme for SME employees. On Tuesday 18 April, the MobiliseSME platform published a press release and announced that it has been funded by the “Employment and Social Innovation” programme in the EU, PROGRESS 2016-2017, since its launch in November 2016. 25 exchanges have taken place or are currently underway and 25 other exchanges are currently in negotiations to set out the exchange objectives and training content. The MobiliseSME’ platform is managed by the European Entrepreneurs CEA-PME. It provides a certain amount of direct financial assistance to SMEs that wish to send an employee to a foreign SME for a period ranging from two weeks to two months. This is a pilot programme that comes to an end in June this year. (PH)
