Agricultural producer organisations and their associations can be found guilty of illegal agreements

Addressing the European Court of Justice on Thursday 6 April in case C-671/15, the Advocate General, Nils Wahl, said that apart from the intervention measures clearly planned by the Union legislator, concertation on prices, quantities produced and the communication of sensitive information between agricultural producers and their associations of producer organisations should not be exempt from competition law.
