Court rejects majority of appeals by producers of sanitary installations

Most of the companies that appealed against the fines handed down to them by the European Commission in 2010 over a merger on the market for sanitary installations for bathrooms saw their cases dismissed by the Court of Justice of the EU on Thursday 26 January.
