Pier Antonio Panzeri elected head of human rights subcommittee

25/01/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 25 January, Pier Antonio Panzeri MEP (S&D, Italy) was elected president, by acclamation, of the European Parliament’s human rights subcommittee. He was the only candidate and takes over from Elena Valenciano from Spain, who is also a member of the S&D.
