Inge Gräßle re-elected chair of budgetary control committee

24/01/2017 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 23 January, MEP Inge Gräßle (EPP, Germany), was re-elected chair of the committee on budgetary control of the European Parliament, as we anticipated in bulletin EUROPE 11708. The vice-chairs are: Derek Vaughan (S&D, UK), Indrek Tarand (Greens/EFA, Estonia), Martina Dlabajova (ALDE, Czech Republic) and Catalin Ivan (S&D, Romania). Only Ivan has been promoted to this position (the others were already serving as vice-chairs of this committee). (LC)
