12/12/2016 (Agence Europe) – As announced by EUROPE (see EUROPE 11663), European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn put the 3,442-question questionnaire to the chairman of Bosnia-Herzegovina's Council of Ministers, Denis Zvizdić on Friday 9 December. This should be completed by the country's authorities and will serve as a basis for the Council of the EU to decide whether or not to grant Bosnia-Herzegovina accession status. Being handed the questionnaire "is the conclusion of a very good year for Bosnia in its relations with the EU and on its European path", Hahn stated a press conference. He hoped the responses given by Bosnia-Herzegovina will be "complete, precise and coordinated" between the different levels of power, and said that this was another test for the maturity of commitment to the European path and of administrative resilience at all levels.
