15 member states rebuked by the Commission over their public procurement legislation

09/12/2016 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 8 December, the European Commission sent reasoned opinions to 15 member states, calling on them fully to transpose the new directives on public procurement and concessions into national law (directives 2014/23/EC, 2014/24/EC and 2014/25/EC). These countries are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
