Bieńkowska announces emissions scandal infringement proceedings for December

Internal Market and Industry Commissioner Elzbieta Bienkowska announced at the press conference following the first day of the Competitiveness Council on Monday 28 November that infringement procedures would be opened against a number of member states in December.
