Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Management Commissioner Christos Stylianides, speaking at the Thessaloniki International Fair, Greece, on Saturday 10 September, announced that, with the approach of winter, the European Commission is to provide €115 million in additional funding to help improve the living conditions of refugees in Greece.
