23/08/2016 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 4 August, the European Commission announced that it has given the conditional go-ahead to French pharma company Sanofii’s plan to acquire the public health division of German pharma company Boehringer Ingelheim. To this end, the two companies are required to sell off a number of activities in Estonia, France, Hungary, Ireland, Greece, Latvia, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. (EL)
