29/07/2016 (Agence Europe) - EIB pledges €60 million to 2nd SUSI Partners fund for renewables. On Thursday 28 July, the European Investment Bank (EIB) signed a subscription agreement with a subsidiary of a consultancy specialising in investments in sustainable energy infrastructures, SUSI Partners, for the implementation of an EIB investment commitment which may see as much a €62 million pledged to the second SUSI Partners renewable energy fund.. This fund's portfolio already comprises 13 wind and solar farms in five member states (Germany, France, Italy, Portugal and the United Kingdom) with a total output of 170 MW. This investment is underwritten by the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI). (EH)
