Brussels. European Council (also 29/06). The summit will be preceded by an informal meeting of member states' heads of state apart from the UK to discuss the Brexit vote and its consequences. Formal sitting: - Outcome of the Brexit vote and its consequences; - Migration: situation in the Mediterranean and cooperation with non-EU countries where migrants come from or transit through (progress in application of the agreement with Turkey, situation at external borders and boosting of external borders, closure of the Balkans route, etc); - Employment, growth and investment: - approval of country-specific recommendations under the European Semester 2016; - first results of the Juncker Plan's EFSI and how it is to be followed up; - deepening the external market and introducing the digital strategy; - completing economic and monetary union; - current action against tax fraud, tax evasion and money-laundering. - External relations: EU-NATO cooperation ahead of 8/9 July NATO summit; - presentation by the HR of the EU's overall strategy for foreign policy and security; - other possible subjects (Ukraine and relations with Russia, Syria/Iraq and anti-terror fight, Africa).
