Brussels, 14/06/2016 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament was right to recover in 2013 (almost 10 years after the events in question) the sum of €107,700 in payments unduly received between 2001 and 2004 by Jean-Charles Marchiani for three bogus parliamentary assistant positions he created when he was an MEP between 1999 and 2004.
