Brussels, 12/05/2016 (Agence Europe) - The Court of Justice of the EU is expected to uphold the decision of the European Commission obliging the member states concerned, especially Italy, to destroy all plants located within a radius of 100 meters of plants infected by the bacterium Xylella fastidiosa, says Advocate General Yves Bot in his conclusions, which were submitted to judges on Thursday 12 May.
