Brussels, 12/05/2016 (Agence Europe) - With a total of €68.226 billion in public overseas development assistance (ODA) in 2015 and a new record (15% higher than in 2014), the EU keeps its place as top world donor, supplying over half the world's flows of ODA. However, the Council of the EU regretted on Thursday 12 May that the EU nevertheless failed to reach its goal of collectively allocating 0.7% of its GNI to ODA.
