Brussels, 03/03/2016 (Agence Europe) - By rejecting an appeal by Spain on Thursday 3 March (C-26/15P), the European Court of Justice confirmed that the labelling of citrus fruit listing preservatives and other chemicals used in post-harvest processing can be made compulsory.
