Brussels, 25/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini will be in Barcelona on Thursday 26 November, where she will co-chair a meeting of foreign affairs ministers from the countries of the Euro-Mediterranean area.
