17/11/2015 (Agence Europe) - In his address to both houses of the French parliament on Monday 16 November, President François Hollande said that he wanted to make use of Article 42.7 of the Treaties (see other article), not Article 222 on the solidarity clause as we stated in the article “JHA: Paris attacks, swift response expected on European PNR, fire-arms and external border controls” in our previous newsletter, EUROPE 11431.
