Brussels, 29/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - During a meeting in Moscow on Wednesday 28 October, the Russian Minister for Energy, Alexander Novak, warned his French counterpart, Ségolène Royal, that there was a risk of Russian gas supplies experiencing cuts whilst transiting Ukraine to the EU during the winter of 2015/2016, despite the gas agreement concluded at the end of September between Russia and Ukraine.
