Brussels, 29/10/2015 (Agence Europe) - Around €350 million will be earmarked by the European Commission for the period up to 2020, in support of the countries most vulnerable to climate change.
With a month to go until COP 21 (30 November -11 December), this amount was announced in Brussels on Thursday 29 October during the official launch of the second phase of the Global Climate Change Alliance (GCCA) for the 2015-2020 period.
